Girls Swimming and Diving places 4th at Districts; several on to State
Anna Pfeiffer takes 1st and Grace Pope takes 3rd in the 100 freestyle. Both qualified for state in the event.
The Girls’ Swimming and Diving team found success at the District swim meet on October 27th.
In addition to placing 4th as a team and qualifying 10 events for State, the Medley Relay, the 400 Freestyle Relay, and Claire Weder’s 200 Individual Medley time clocked the 3rd fastest times in team history.
Swimmers and their events going to state include
Anna Pfeiffer (11) – 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle
Grace Pope (12) – 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle
Claire Wedewer (11) – 200 individual medley, 100 breaststroke
Taylor Kremer (11) – 50 freestyle
Anna Pfeiffer, Claire Wedewer, Taylor Kremer, Tabby Monahan (9) – 200 medley relay
Grace Pope, Tabby Monahan, Maci Boffelli (9), Claire Wedewer – 200 freestyle relay
Grace Pope, Maci Boffelli, Taylor Kramer, Anna Pfeiffer – 400 freestyle relay
